Goals Matter!
eScholar's Annual Student Contest

Students, what are goals that you want to achieve and why?
If you’re a student between the ages of 8-17, tell us about your goals!
As students, sometimes you get so caught up in the day-to-day aspects of life that it can be easy to forget about your big goals. Well, goals matter and at eScholar, we want to hear about them. Not only do we want to hear about your goals, but FOUR STUDENTS will win brand new iPad Minis!
For complete information & to enter, go to their website:
http://review.wizehive.com/contests/escholar-goals-matter#sthash.YexW3KKr.dpuf

To enter the eScholar Goals Matter contest, answer the following question:
What is a goal that you want to accomplish and why?

When thinking about your answer, please tell us:
·         What motivates you to achieve this goal?
·         How do you plan on reaching this goal?
·         Who has encouraged you to reach for this goal?
·         How will your education help you reach your goal?
Students can respond to the questions above by submitting either an essay or a video. One winner from each of the following categories will be selected by the judges:
·         Best video response among students between ages 8-12
·         Best video response among students between 13-17
·         Best essay response among students between ages 8-12
·         Best essay response among students between ages 13-17
The winner from each category will win a new iPad Mini! Additionally, each winner’s teacher will receive a $100 gift card!
Video Response must include one paragraph description of the video title and content summary. Only one response is allowed per student. All videos and essays will be judged on the following criteria:
·         Creativity: How creative is your video or essay?
·         Reasoning: How detailed is your goal and your plan on achieving your goal?
·         Clarity: Is it your goal easy to understand?
·         Quality: Is your video well-produced? Is your essay well written?

At eScholar, we know goals matter, and we want to hear from you.
eScholar is the sole sponsor and administrator of this contest. eScholar will NOT sell any personally identifiable, private information with any third party vendors.
